Project Description
New construction of the youth center. The youth center, as a permanent institution in the Westend district, is to be preserved as a meeting place and point of contact for children and young people from different cultures, while being expanded to include additional functions and users. The new building will also house the district youth association’s administrative office with a youth housing project and daycare center, as well as a mobile childminder. The existing outdoor, play, and sports areas in the courtyard are to be preserved and integrated into the overall concept.
